LEGO Photo Review: 8511 - ChromaStone

I have never been more disappointed in a LEGO set in my life. I knew the Ben-10 line was going to suck...but I had no idea I'd be paying over a dollar a part for a super-low quality Bionicle knock-off build.

Avoid the Ben-10 line like the plague. If we're lucky, the line will tank quickly and LEGO will move on to bigger and better things.

I'm expecting the kids won't give a care and (unfortunately) make this a top seller. If that happens...

Well, let's just say that something needs to be done

You know, the first time I saw these images, I thought I'd encountered some FAIL knock-off. If this is going to be the new LEGO Bionicle, I'd hate to see what "improvements" the FAILs will clone it into. Even the color scheme is ridiculous. I never thought I'd say it, but I'd be happy if this were a FAIL set, and not a LEGO set.

What were TLG's designers thinking?!?! Chris may as well stop reviewing FAIL temporarily and review the Ben10 lineup instead!

OH MY GOD, THIS SUCKS!
I never thought it would actually happen! Why does Lego insist on making sets based off of stupid cartoons? First Spongebob lego and now this!
Ben10 sux and so does this!

Tbh, its what you would expect from a Ben 10 LEGO set though, grandmothers will buy this for their Ben 10 loving grankids in droves, just be immensly thankful there isn't a Hannah Montanna LEGO set yet...

This Fails on so many levels
1. This is an action figure, and not a very good one at that - not what I want from LEGO.
2. Isn't it called Ben 10 because he has 10 forms, after 10 sets what are they going to do (lets hope discontinue the series).
3. Ben 10, LEGO, really? As if Spongebob wasn't bad enough (at least those sets were compatable with standard LEGO Bricks.
