Blogger was really acting up yesterday - posts scheduled to go up at noon went up at nine in the evening. Not good. Things hopefully are back to normal, but we'll have to just wait and see. I'm looking into alternatives if things don't improve quickly.
As to today's strip: The flame in panel 3 isn't digitally enhanced - it was a lucky shot where to get Whiskey's face in focus I had to lose focus on the front edge of the flames...Looks pretty neat, if I do say so myself.

Just how far are you able to take it before lawyers representing the Fantastic Four copyright holders show up claiming infringement of copyrighted material? ;)
But yeah I do like the way Whiskey is thinking. Of course he better not let it go completely to his head, or he'll run out of flamethrower juice before he even gets near Pat.
And that "lucky" shot, well, that's not luck, that's good planning. ;)
requests:
I.Make pat burn like hell.
II.Make them chase pat in a clothes store so whiskey can get his jacket back.
Lol, a reference to the strip where Whiskey asks Scotch (in the original SODA): ''Wanna know if they plump when you cook 'em?''
Why can't you just switch back to the forums to solve the blog problem?
I don't think Pat will get melted, because that would be really hard with Lego. But first the Pirate Ninjas, then Hannah Montana, and now Pat? I think Whiskey really is dangerously insane.
I sense a wish...
Install wordpress instead! It is a better blogger system, and becuase you download it directly to your server, if wordpress goes down, your blog wont! Simular to the php forum you used to have.

Heh. Now you have me all tempted to set fire to the Pat Minifigure as the chapter finale.

Cavorter suggested the same thing (Wordpress) - I'll be looking into that this weekend. Not sure when/if I'll make the transition; it'll depend on free time and how well Blogger behaves. It seems to be back to normal now...and I do have a lot of other irons in the fire right now.
