He's saying that Donut himself is the problem. That much is obvious. What Donut will have to do about it could be really difficult for him to hear.

I use 'pebkac' at work pretty often myself. I can totally believe Alton altering the phrase to a more kitchen-oriented meaning.

I prefer the term "Wetware malfunction" myself. My wife likes to talk about the ID-10-T error.
