M: What Nick said. Also consider that from Alton's perspective he's seen three "Donut's Chili" outlets in a very short span of time. Sounds like a restaurant chain to me...
I'd have been LOL'ing at this earlier, unfortuately a BobCat ripped our phone connection out for the weekend and we've only just been temporarily reconnected.
Now that Donut's got Alton Brown's attention, all he has to do is get his advice.
Why do I have the feeling that Alton has been hanging around Pat lately? :)
