I like the quietness of panel one - it's a nice contrast to the chaos of trying to take the photo. It wasn't exactly the easiest angle to get to (or light) in my workshop.
Those of you who know me in person know I'm not a beer drinker - the Guinness shown here actually belong to my wife.
Hehe, nice. :D
ReplyDeleteIf I was in Donut's place, I'd have just died and gone to heaven. :D
ReplyDeletei wonder how much luke is going to drank she was a beer dranker when the comic started
ReplyDeleteWoo! Guinness! *Irish hi-five*
ReplyDeleteThis has been bugging me for a bit-how exactly is Doyle's sig-fig acting around in the author-verse while the real Doyle operates off camera?
ReplyDelete@andrew: You're overthinking this. In the words of Mystery Science Theater 3000 - "If you're wondering how he eats or breathes, or other science facts / just repeat to yourself "it's just a show, I should really just relax."
ReplyDeleteI can't help but notice how both of Whiskey's heads seem to be staring at the beer in panel 4...
ReplyDeleteif you said that that was how you stored Whiskey off-screen, then how come he's still like that? (isn't he on-screen?)
ReplyDelete@David: No, I've established that all the LEGO in the workshop is inert unless it came through the META-door. (Otherwise Buzz would have been "alive" as soon as he was on camera.)

ReplyDeletewait... so is the reason Donut and Luka can still be moving because they came through the Meta-Door?
ReplyDelete@david probably
ReplyDelete"You're overthinking this."
ReplyDeleteI do that a lot...
