The crowd shot in panel two gives you a good idea why you don't always see everyone in the background. When the cast is assembled, there are a LOT of characters to deal with.
I just have the one set - I had to build the "backside" to the lab to give the cast somewhere to stand. :)
But it's not all glory and win with those doors... If you look closely, you can see I'm cheating a bit with the transparency. I've got a wall of white brick that I'm using to make them seem more opaque than they really are...
You just can't resist making bad puns can you? :P
