I'm still clinging to idea of him becoming Chevalier Danceny or Heaver... though in reality it's probably going to depend upon whose likeness can be most closely rendered in LEGO bits.

The whole ongoing chili saga reminds me of Harry Harrison's book Star Smashers of the Galaxy Rangers, where the two protagonists invent a warp drive powered by cheddar cheese.
