New contest in the works

For those of you chomping at the bit, I thought you might like to know that the next Reasonably Clever contest is being developed right now. If all goes well, I should be announcing things by the 15th.

  2. Zack,

Probably not until we get a lot closer to the release of that film.

It's only been a year since the last Tron contest, after all. There's a lot of other topics we need to cover first.

  5. And,
Hey Chris, remember I asked for a pulled-back picture of the BH control room?
I just remembered about it, so I thought to ask you again.

  8. It looks like you're finally listening to me. I said to host it on the 15th because that's the time I'm getting home from vacation. I'm also hoping sombody(preferebly me) will be a judge.

  9. Amazing how you've bent doyle to your will.

I'm hoping they run this contest *without* judges. Easier for everyone that way.

  10. how about a mini me contest, a quick contest in which you create a minifig of yourself to the best detail, include a picture of yourself to compare and whoever has the best minifig wins

  11. I think that has not much to do with building.

  12. Dave:

If you want to pony up some cash for a prize I could let you do a "Rave Pick" or something. Otherwise I'm not seeing much of an incentive to include you as a judge.
