Doug: IIRC, it's due to the magnetic floor clamps on Scotch's mech that got a brief mention in Strip 416.
Interestingly enough, though, that wasn't the resaon he didn't get blown out the door when the rogue wishing-energy powered hairball left the TBH TARDIS the first time.
I think he wandered off somewhere after Episode 391, and presumably was in an entirely different room of TBH TARDIS until he reappeared on the mech in Episode 405.

Am I the only one one who noticed the Vader quote "I'm your father! I was trying to rescue you!" or is there someone else who noticed?
